Manchester United have launched an attack on Bologna Netherlands striker Joshua Zirkzee, while AC Milan have decided to delay action.
Ufabet Sports, a British media outlet, reports that Manchester United has opened negotiations to acquire Zirkzee and appears to be getting closer and closer, while UFABET Sport, an Italian media outlet, states that AC is not Lan will delay action until the players finish Euro 2024.
Previously, Milan had become favorites to sign Zerkzee because the Dutch striker had already agreed to a private contract orally and the Rossoneri were ready to pay the contract’s €40 million release clause, but there were problems over the value. Broker Kia Joorabchian asked for as much as 15 million euros.
In recent days, Manchester United have made contact with Joorabchian to explore a possible summer move for Zirkzee, interested in snapping up another Serie A striker following their purchase of Ramus Hojlund from Atalanta last summer for around €70m.
Recently, there has been news that Manchester United have contacted Joorabchian to inquire about the possibility of bringing Zirkzee to join the team, and it seems that the chances are increasing more and more after Milan put their gear in neutral at the moment. And will return to action after the Netherlands concludes Euro 2024 first.
